Product Introduction & Process
  • 1
    Raw Material Inspection

Brass, copper alloys, steel frames, silver-alloy contacts, engineering plastics, springs, balls, plungers, toggle levers, bushings, terminals, seals, and mounting hardware are inspected before production.

    2
    Metal Component Stamping

Frames, contact carriers, terminal plates, support brackets, and conductive components are manufactured using precision stamping dies. Dimensions, bending angles, hole positions, and flatness are monitored.

    3
    Lever and Bushing Machining

Toggle levers, threaded bushings, shafts, and mounting components are machined to the required dimensions. Thread accuracy, lever straightness, surface finish, and component fit are verified.

    4
    Surface Treatment

Metal components undergo nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, tin plating, silver plating, or another specified surface treatment. The coating improves corrosion resistance, solderability, conductivity, and appearance.

    5
    Contact Riveting

Silver-alloy contact points are riveted or welded onto the fixed terminals and movable contact bridges. Contact position, bonding strength, height, and surface condition are inspected.

    6
    Insulating Base Injection Molding

The insulating base, cover, terminal support, and internal spacers are precision injection molded. Critical dimensions, terminal slots, insulation walls, and assembly interfaces are checked.

    7
    Toggle Mechanism Assembly

The lever, bushing, shaft, spring, ball, plunger, rocker, and positioning components are assembled. The mechanism is configured for two-position, three-position, momentary, or maintained operation according to the model.

    8
    Contact Bridge Assembly

The movable contact bridge and return mechanism are installed into the insulating base. Contact pressure, alignment, gap, wiping action, and switching sequence are adjusted.

    9
    Terminal and Circuit Assembly

Terminals are inserted and secured in the insulating base. SPST, SPDT, DPST, DPDT, or multi-pole contact arrangements are assembled according to the required circuit configuration.

    10
    Housing Closing and Crimping

The metal frame or housing is joined to the insulating base through precision crimping, riveting, screws, or another model-specific process. The housing must securely retain the internal mechanism without restricting movement.

    11
    Sealing Component Installation

For sealed models, O-rings, panel seals, lever boots, epoxy terminal seals, or protective covers are installed. Sealing material is cured under controlled conditions where applicable.

    12
    Mechanical Parameter Testing

Lever angle, operating torque, detent force, return force, position retention, movement consistency, and momentary-return function are measured.

    13
    Electrical Performance Testing

Each switch is tested for contact continuity, circuit configuration, contact resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, terminal strength, and switching sequence.

    14
    Endurance and Environmental Verification

Sample units undergo mechanical life, electrical load life, solderability, terminal pull, vibration, impact, temperature, humidity, and ingress protection tests according to the applicable requirements.

    15
    Final Inspection and Packaging

Lever type, circuit code, terminal style, thread size, mounting hardware, waterproof boot, markings, appearance, and operating function are inspected. Approved products are batch-coded and packaged to protect the lever and terminals during transportation.
